On Sept 17th Chinese people will rejoice with the launch of the WiFi iPad in China.
Apple today announced that the Wi-Fi models of its magical iPad will be available to customers in China from Apple Retail Stores, and select Apple Authorized Resellers, on Friday, September 17 starting at 10:00 a.m.
Pricing is as follows - $590 for the 16GB, $708 for the 32GB, and $827 for the 64GB.

Ah having been a stand up comedian has it's perks...like catch blog titles - but let's be serious here. Apparently a particular customer at a particular Apple Store has a friend....and this friend is a mini horse. The customer is a regular one-to-one customer and brings the mini horse with her to the Apple store for the lessons. The mini horse even sits in the front seat of the customers van.

Apple updated their store yesterday to reflect a new shipping date for the iPad 3g model. Pre-orders for iPad 3g have been taken since the middle of March, and with the high demand of all iPad versions we wouldn't be surprised if only those first few pre-orders ship.
