CanalMX has posted some comments from an executive at TelCel, one of the two iPhone providers in Mexico. The exec has claimed that Apple will be revising the current hardware, which has been plagued with the “death grip”, at the end of September, which is when the free case program expires. Now, wether or not this is true is hard to say – honestly speaking why would an executive at TelCel have this kind of information. Maybe he just misunderstood what the Sept 30th case expiration date really meant. Apple did say that the expiration date was an initial though, which should provide them enough time to continue its investigation of the antenna. On a similar note – has anyone gotten their white iPhone? Yes we know, it’s a problem with the colored glass….but, and I’m speculating here, maybe it’s something else?
