Ok so we are a little late with posting this today…but it was a busy day for us.
New iPod Touch, new iPod Nano, new iPod shuffle, new AppleTV and new iTunes.

The breakdown.
iPodTouch – now has FaceTime for WiFi video calls, Retina display, and HD video recording. Also thinner and a longer battery. Price starts at $229 for the 8GB. Just like the iPhone, without the Phone.
iPod Nano – new design, touchscreen, built in FM tuner, and a clip (like that of the shuffle). Price – $149 for the 8GB, 179 for 16GB
iPod Shuffle – slight redesign, new colors. $49 bucks will get you a 2GB. Simple, clean setup.
AppleTV – no rename, it’s still called AppleTV. Only $99!! They removed the hard drive, so the new unit is much smaller (1/4 the size). It does iTunes, Neflix and YouTube streaming. It runs on Apple’s A4 processor (much like the other iDevices), and comes with HDMI and optical audio out. The device also has a 10/100 Ethernet connection, but works over WifI 802.11g (which is faster than 10/100). It even comes with a remote (which if anyone is counting is $29 on it’s own).
iTunes – iTunes 10 (now available) comes with a new redesign (including a new icon). Now with “Ping” The social media network to share with your friends the music you listen to…Great now everyone will know that my fianceé dumped her whole Lady Gaga library on my computer in an attempt to back up her pink iPod. At the keynote Jobs said “It’s like Facebook and Twitter meets iTunes”.

Oh and if you have an iPad – you have to wait till november for iOS 4.2 – which will allow for printing!!!

If you have some time and need to kill 1.5 hours of your day go ahead and watch the keynote (in case you missed it live)
