I know what your thinking "How is this Apple news?" it isn't but before you jump down my throat let me explain myself. Apple is trying to go green, they advertise how energy efficient they are and how their products dont use certain types of materials, like PVC and BFR, that are harmful to the environment and people. So seeing that Apple is trying to go green I thought I'd mention Porsche's attempt too.

Will Apple Abandon the White iPhone?
Posted by Justin on Jul 29, 2010, Categories: iPhone, Misc
There hasn't been any official word on Apple abandoning the white iPhone, this is purely my speculation and concern. The reason I bring this up is because everyday there is news about another problem or delay of the white iPhone. The latest problem is that the phone is being delayed because of light leaks. Apparently the combination of the device being made out of glass and the white paint allow for more light to escape the device than Apple would hope for. Now I don't want them to cancel this device in fact I love it, when I first saw the render I thought it...

Today's Tech Tip Tool Thursday introduces you to the Spotlight feature of OS X and a handy trick you can take advantage of when using it. Much like Windows, OS X allows you to search your entire computer for certain files. The only difference is that it is much easier to do in OS X. There is a magnifying glass icon in the top right hand corner of your screen. This is where you look and say "oh, what is that!?!" If you click on it, you should see a little window like this one. At this window you can type in...

Sprint gets the iPhone!!!
Posted by Justin on Jul 29, 2010, Categories: Apple Stuff, iPhone
Well not really the wireless carrier has recently submitted a new iPod touch case to the FCC. This case will provide your iPod touch with a WiFi hot spot, via sprints 3G network, allowing you to use internet on your iPod touch no matter where you are, assuming you have service. Couple this with Skype and you have yourself an iPhone on Sprint. Now I don't know if its worth it but if you have a 3G or a 3GS and are not planning on getting an iPhone 4 this is a viable option to get you off of AT&T,...

Well I'm sure you've heard by now but Apple was quite busy this morning. The Mac pros were given a much needed refresh and even though Apple just updated the iMacs they got a refresh too. For the iMacs Apple has done away with the core 2 duos completely replacing them with Intel Core i3, i5, and i7 processors. The new iMacs are also upgradable to 16 GB of RAM. Now time for the big guns, the beast that is the Mac Pro.

Apple Gives ABC a Tour of Their Labs
Posted by Justin on Jul 26, 2010, Categories: Apple Stuff, iPhone
The story of the iPhone 4 began back in April. Gizmodo was able to get their hands on a prototype of the phone. We immediately fell in love with the new device, and even though we could only see the hardware that was enough because it was just so pretty. There was nothing that could keep us from wanting this phone. We flooded Apple and AT&T's servers to pre-order the phone, on launch day we stood in line for hours to obtain our device, and when we finally got our phones boy were we happy. Or were we, soon after launch many customers started to complain...
